CONDITIONS OF HIRE
 
Before proceeding to the Booking Form, you are required to read the Conditions Of Hire
 
  1. Cottages may not be claimed until 4 p.m. on day booked and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on day of departure. If you have any reason that your expected arrival may be after 7 p.m. we would appreciate you either writing or telephoning us. Arrangements can be made for late arrival.
  2. Deposits on cancelled bookings are not returnable.
  3. In the event of cancellation the balance of the cottage hire charges are payable should the units not be re-let. The balance of monies due must be received fourty-two days before arrival date the cottage may be re-let. In the event of leaving early no refunds will be made. It is recommended that you take out insurance to cover this eventuality.
  4. Cottages shall be vacated in a clean and tidy condition. Damage to cottage or equipment must be reported to Mr. and Mrs. Coppins at once, and repaired or replaced at their satisfaction before leaving.
  5. Under no circumstances must seats or bedding be taken outside the cottages.
  6. Cottages may only be used to sleep those named on the booking forms unless prior permission has been gained from the proprietors.
  7. Only bookings from couples and families accepted.
  8. Dogs are allowed provided they are kept under strict control and not allowed on seats and bedding etc., or left in cottages unattended. Dogs must be kept on leash. Owners must be responsible and clear up after their dogs.
  9. The management will not be responsible for any damage to client's property by fire/theft or any injury to persons whilst on Little Gwendreath Property. Anyone using Little Gwendreath do so entirely at their own risk and we will not accept liability.
  10. When placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted these conditions. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the occupation of any cottage without compensation when in their opinion the above conditions are not being observed or when the conduct of any visitor is considered detrimental to the proprietor or other visitors.
