LITTLE GWENDREATH COVID PROTOCOL
-
All of our staff will be wearing gloves and face masks and they have undertaken full training on correct use of PPE
-
Check-out time has been moved to 9am and the check-in time has been moved to 5pm to allow for 8 hours between bookings
-
Check-in will be contact-free using our code key pads and guests will be sent cottage information one week before arrival
-
We ask all guests to leave windows and doors open when they check-out to assist with airing the cottages and to limit entry point contact
-
Each cottage has an air conditioning unit that has a flash streamer mode which uses a titanium apatite filter to clean the air
-
Each cottage has a positive input ventilation system which introduces fresh and filtered air into the cottage, meaning that old air is continuously diluted, displaced and replaced with good quality air
-
Crockery and cutlery will be put through the dishwasher – items will be left in the dishwasher so that they are not handled by anyone leaving you the option to run another cycle or to unpack the items - please wash items before use for extra reassurance
-
All linen and towels are washed on a high temperature setting and linen is ironed and towels are tumble dryed – guests are welcome to bring their own bedding, linen and towels if they prefer
-
All tiled floors are steam mopped
-
Laundry room – unfortunately all games, beach equipment etc. will be unavailable
-
We will be asking guests to confirm whether they have had any of the following symptoms before arrival and then requiring them to let us know if they develop these during their stay:
-
a high temperature
-
a new, continuous cough
-
a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
-
-
If guests have symptoms prior to arrival they will be asked to book and take a test
-
If guests arrive at the cottages with symptoms they will be asked to return home to self-isolate
-
If guests are contacted via the track and trace service during their stay they will be asked to return home to self-isolate
-
If guests develop symptoms during their stay they will be asked to return home to self-isolate
